Photography Shenanigans: Tilt-Shift

I am learning all sorts of things these past few weeks. This time, it’s not really a camera trick but a Photoshop lesson: tilt-shift. Tilt-shift is a technique that manipulates a photograph to make it look like a miniature toy scene. Recently it has become hugely popular among amateur photographers and I decided to finally hop on the band wagon and try it out. My results are here. If you are interested in learning tilt-shift, here is a great tutorial and check out the Tilt-Shift Flickr group.
