The Utah Pride Center’s annual gay pride parade kicked off Sunday morning in downtown Salt Lake City. A crowd of hundreds lined State Street to view the procession with fewer hecklers than expected. The melange of volunteers and spectators marched to the festival entrance where booths full of food, drink and merchandise crowded around the historic city hall building. On the multiple stages were local music acts and performers all hosted by Sarah Palin and guest staring Hillary Clinton. A few highlight photos are below and the rest can be viewed here.
